This is a great film from TED Talks all about giving something new a try for 30 days. If you want to change something in your life why not break it down into a manageable 30 day chunk.? How much more do-able might a goal seem if you knew if was just for a month?
What could you choose? Giving up chocolate or caffeine? Going for a run? Walking to work? Reading a book that normally you wouldn’t consider? Whatever the goal might be, think who you might be if you gave it a try. Not necessarily forever, just for 30 days. Small changes are much more sustainable than large ones and who knows where achieving those new goals might lead.
