Will you stick to your resolutions this year?
Last January, Time magazine ran a pretty sad article entitled ‘Top Commonly Broken New Year’s Resolutions’. There list ran as follows:
- Lose Weight and Get Fit
- Quit Smoking
- Learn Something New
- Eat Healthier and Diet
- Get Out of Debt and Save Money
- Spend More Time With Family
- Travel to New Places
- Be Less Stressed
- Volunteer
- Drink Less
It is true that many people end up putting the same resolutions on their list year after year and not making it much past the end of January before they are broken.
