Choosing the right therapist for you is a key step in achieving the changes that you want for your life, so I’ve tried here to give you the information that I hope will help you decide if I’m the right person for you.
I really enjoy helping people let go of anything that may be holding them back in their lives and in achieving the very best that they have to offer. Clients come to see me for a wide range of problems or goals in their life and the likelihood is that some of those issues may be similar to yours.
I offer one-to-one appointments in Harley Street on Fridays and in and Crouch End in North London on Mondays. The first session usually lasts for 90 minutes and subsequent ones for between 60 – 75 minutes. Each session costs £150. I reserve two sessions at a time for the low waged or unemployed. If you would like to discuss this further please do drop me a line. Equally, if you are unsure if this is the right approach for you, you are more than welcome to come in to my Harley Street or Crouch End office to meet and discuss things before booking with me.
A good deal of my time is spent writing for publications and online editorial (I am a regular blogger for the Huffington Post) and running and developing courses on weight loss, stress and anxiety management and for members of the performing arts and creative industries. Because of these other commitments I am only able to see clients for therapy in My Harley Street and Crouch End offices on limited days of the week. This means there is sometimes a waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that I have a cancellation policy. If you book a session and cancel it with less than 48 hours notice the full fee will be charged as it can be difficult to fill the space at short notice.

- Sessions are payable by cheque or cash on the day of your appointment
- 100% of the agreed session price will be charged in the event of client cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
- Information discussed in the session is completely confidential. An exception to this would be if the client is deemed to be a danger to themselves or to others or if there is any legal reason for disclosure.
