About Kirsty

I’m a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist Master Practitioner, having trained with Trevor Silvester at the the internationally recognised Quest Institute in London.

Originally I studied Stage Management and Theatre Production at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and then went on to attain a degree in Arts Management at the University of Greenwich. Over a number of years spent working in the creative industries I developed a strong interest in self development and in what it takes for people to achieve their full potential. Through my own personal development path I discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy and was amazed at the positive changes that it can bring about and often in a such a short space of time.

I have a special interest in helping people to get more out of their lives, particularly through dealing with with stress, anxiety and confidence issues, and in weight management. I also specialise in working with people in the performance and entertainment industries, including helping them with stage fright, audition technique and in breaking through any blocks they might have to being the best they can be at their craft.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy, to which I belong, implements the highest standards of training and professional ethics amongst its members and I comply with their strict code of ethics and public protection policies.

I am also a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which again ensures their members adhere to the most comprehensive training in their field and strictest professional conduct.
